审稿人和编辑是什么意思呢？ 已有8人参与

两个审稿人，一个反馈比较好，提了两个很小的疑问，都是比较细节，比较小的。 另一个是说：It is not clear that the conclusions are strong or definitive enough to justify the perusal by a wider audience. I suggest it should be published in a non-letter journal and that in the meantime the authors would invest more in explaining in more detail their point. 他的第二句的意思是不适合在letter型的杂志发表吗？ 那我继续修改还有没有可能被接收呢？ 编辑给的信里是这么说的： Your above mentioned manuscript has been reviewed by our referees. The attached reports contain criticism which is sufficiently adverse that the Co-editor, tom, judged that the paper cannot be accepted on the present basis. If you feel that you can overcome or refute the criticism, you may submit a revised version. Any resubmittal should be accompanied by a summary of the changes made and a detailed response to any criticism you have not attempted to meet. 这种情况应不应该继续修改再投呢，还是转投其他？ |
