谢谢大家帮忙咯~ As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening. I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications.
