Drought or Flood? Why?

These days, you see, drought and flood are meeting Southwest, PRC and Northeast, USA, respectively. Local people in both countries are suffering from great disasters. If we had chance, of course we donnot, will we choose drought or flood? Why? [ Last edited by ruthshao on 2010-4-2 at 10:25 ] |
