[交流] Drought or Flood? Why?

These days, you see, drought and flood are meeting Southwest, PRC and Northeast, USA, respectively. Local people in both countries are suffering from great disasters.
If we had chance, of course we donnot, will we choose drought or flood? Why?

where i live, it had been raining heavily for a whole day, whereas, Southwest is suffered from drough...global climate change, we can't do anythig but adapt it...
