为了解镜湖区承办年夜饭的餐饮单位的卫生状况，及时发现问题，督促整改，并进一步加强卫生监督管理，杜绝食物中毒及食源性疾病的发生，确保广大消费者年夜饭的安全卫生。2010年2月上旬镜湖区卫生局卫生监督所对申报承办5桌以上年夜饭的餐饮单位的卫生状况进行了调查。结果表明，大部分餐饮单位卫生状况有较好，但仍有部分餐饮单位存在的问题不容忽视，提示对这些承办年夜饭单位加强卫生安全监管。 餐饮业；食品加工；卫生状况 |

In order to find out the health status of the catering units which hosts New Year's dining in Jinghu District , to detect the problem in time,urge the rectification and further strengthen health supervision and management, to prevent food poisoning and food-borne diseases, to ensure the New Year's health and safety of consumers. In early February 2010 Jinghu District Health Board to declare health supervision by the contractor on more than 5 tables New Year's food unit conducted a survey of health status.The results showed that most of the catering units have better health status, there are still some problems in catering units can not be ignored, suggesting that these host dinner unit to strengthen health safety supervision.
