药明康德与华东理工大学签署战略合作框架协议 2010年3月26日，华东理工大学与上海药明康德新药开发有限公司战略合作框架协议签字仪式于华东理工大学正式举行。药明康德董事长兼首席执行官李革博士、药明康德合成化学副总裁马汝建博士、药明康德创新技术及科研事务执行主任黎健博士、华东理工大学校长钱旭红教授、校长助理宋恭华教授等学校领导以及药学院约60名师生参与了此次签字仪式。签字仪式由药学院副院长唐赟教授主持。 药明康德及华东理工大学本着自愿协作、互惠互利、共同提高的原则，将在科技开发、人才培养及基地建设等方面建立长期战略合作伙伴关系，共同促进我国生物医药工业的可持续发展，推动企业科技进步，提高学校的科研教育水平。合作将建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系，增强自主创新能力，推动企业科技进步，促进高校事业发展。按照具体协作项目，战略合作将分为“科技合作”和“人才培养”两类。 “我们非常高兴能够与药明康德这样优秀、有社会责任感的企业进行合作。” 华东理工大学校长钱旭红教授说道。“我们将充分发挥各自的特长，将产业优势和学科优势结合，加强在药物发现与设计、药物合成与工艺、药物分析与制剂等领域的有效合作，提高双方的自主创新能力。并且，通过合作的形式，共同为社会培养和输送更多的优秀人才。这也是我们高等教育事业的基本责任。” “人才一直以来是药明康德核心价值之所在，也是药明康德创新的源泉。”李总评论道。“公司一直以来都非常重视人才的引进及培养。此次与华东理工大学签署战略合作框架协议将有助于公司引进更多的人才，增强公司的研发实力。同时，作为国内医药研发的领军企业，药明康德也希望借此机会，能够为高校的教育事业尽一份绵薄之力。” Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation Signed between WuXi AppTec and East China University of Science and Technology On March 26, 2010, the signing ceremony of the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between East China University of Science and Technology and WuXi AppTec was held in East China University of Science and Technology. Dr. Ge Li, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WuXi AppTec; Dr. Rujian Ma, Vice President of Synthetic Chemistry of WuXi AppTec; Dr. Jian Li, Executive Director of Enabling Technologies and Scientific Affairs of WuXi AppTec; Professor Xuhong Qian, President of East China University of Science and Technology; Gonghua Song, Assistant President of East China University of Science and Technology and other several leaders together with about 60 teachers and students from the School of Pharmacy attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Professor Yun Tan, Deputy Dean of the School of Pharmacy. With the mutual aim to enhance the sustainable development of the biopharmaceutical industry, drive the technical innovation of the enterprise and promote university education on research and development, under the principle of voluntary cooperation, mutual benefit and improvement, WuXi AppTec and East China University of Science and Technology established their long-term strategic cooperation partnership on science and technology development, talents cultivation and facility construction to form a science and technology innovation system led by the enterprise, oriented at the market and combined with production, study and research, thus ultimately to strengthen the innovation ability, promote the technical progress of the enterprise and enhance the development of the universities.
