【求助】急:关于Friedel reflections的问题

审稿人给出如下评述，如何在cif文件中修改？还是要从做cif文件， In the refinement the authors used Friedel reflections but because there are no atoms with significant anomalous dispersion effects and there are no stereogenic centres, nothing was gained by this and the resulting Flack parameter [0.7(16)] allows no conclusions to be drawn about the correct direction of the polar axis. It would have been just as well to have done the refinement with the Friedel reflections merged. It is not worth doing this at this late stage. |
