[交流] 2010危机响应与危机管理信息系统国际会议

The Fourth ISCRAM-CHINA Conference on

Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management

September 10 -12, 2010 Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China

  CALL FOR PAPERS
The Fourth International China Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management (ISCRAM-CHINA 2010) will be held during September 10-12, 2010. The language of the conference is English.

Papers are invited that deal with any aspect of the design, development, deployment, operation, or evaluation of information systems for disaster management and crisis management.

Authors should focus on the tools, functionality, and/or interfaces that are being or should be provided to human users involved with crisis response and management. Contributions are invited that cover crisis management in any phase, intersection of phases, and/or integration of phases of Planning, Training, Mitigation, Detection, Alerting, Response, Recovery, and Assessment.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF ISCRAM-CHINA

The ISCRAM Association is an internationally active and growing group of researchers, scholars, teachers, students, practitioners and policy makers actively involved in the topic of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management. As a branch of ISCRAM, ISCRAM-CHINA was established in 2006. In addition to an annual ISCRAM conference alternating between Europe and the USA since 2004, the ISCRAM community also organizes annually an International Conference in China which is ISCRAM-CHINA Conference. The ISCRAM-CHINA Conference aims to provide an outstanding opportunity for researchers, practitioners and policy makers in China and Asia to address and discuss new trends and challenges in the area of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management.

CONFERENCE TOPICS

The indicative topics of interest will at least cover all kinds of Crisis or Emergency events. We prefer Natural Disaster, Accidents, Public Security, Group Events, etc more than others.
