[交流] IEEE 杂志投稿意见中两个赞同，一个婉拒(附编辑回复信)

两个赞同的审稿人意见非常明确，并提了一些语言上的问题，
一个人提一堆问题后，建议更进一步研究，或者改为correspondence
这样的情况成功率高否？

哪里问有用呢？-，-
所提的问题倒是基本可以回答上来，但是有些个质疑有点太不考虑课题当前的进展情况，有几分对本文的要求过高，脱离本课题现状的意味。可是又不敢答复得很理直气壮，感觉挺棘手。
编辑的意思倒也不是很明确，只提到一句“your paper has been reviews and publication is not recommended in its present from. Blow are summary comments explaining major revisions from the reviews”,再有就是让我三周内答复。

把编辑的话全发上来，大家才可以回答，否则信息不够，回答还可能是误导。

不过，看来编辑是让你修改，那就好好改吧，能改多少就改多少。一般编辑和审稿人这种情况下，不会为难作者，除非有很大问题。
