【求助】CrystEngCommun投稿问题

我想在CrystalEngCommun发表一篇文章，但英语水平有限，在投稿时遇到了问题，特向各位同行求助： （1）在投稿须知What to send 部分 A single PDF file with fonts embedded, incorporating: a.Text (submissions to ChemComm and Chemical Science must use the RSC template). b.Graphics (either within or at the end of the text). c.A graphical and textual abstract for the contents pages. 其中“A graphical and textual abstract for the contents pages”是什么意思啊？ （2）投稿时需要将Word转换成pdf格式，“Acrobat Distiller ”安装我不是太明白，是将下载下的文件复制到所说的文件夹内吗？但我怎么找不到/setting/文件夹啊！ 本人比较笨希望大家能给我帮助 非常感谢 |

我昨天刚投出去，今天收到这样的回复： “.........Please quote the reference number assigned to it in all future correspondence." 讲的是什么意思啊？不是太理解 最要命的是在E-mail的最后有这样一段： DISCLAIMER: This communication (including any attachments) is intended for the use of the addressee only and may contain confidential, privileged or copyright material.
