会议的全文审稿二审意见 第一个审稿人： This paper does not meet the high scientific standards of the GL ** conference 。 The authors haven’t improved it enough to make it worth publishing. There is not enough time to improve this to the level it needs to be. 第二个审稿意见： I have still some problems with paper number 86. They have made some corrections, but far from all. There are still important definitions missing, which partly one can figure out by oneself. But this is not and should not be scientific standard. Maybe the information is worth to be presented but I would recommend that the authors should improve the paper until it meets common scientific standard. I suggest to reject it. 麻烦牛人分析一下审稿人据稿的原因是因为稿件的学术质量原因还是写作方面的原因？ |
