Secretary (Assistant to GM)(1Position)
Job Description:
- Plan the daily agenda of the GM.
- Supporting the GM to manage his daily agenda (I.e. prepare meetings, draft presentations).
- Performing translations english / chinese v.v. both in written and simultaneously during meetings.
- Internal organisation and preparation of external visits to the MC Harbin.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven professional work experience in a similar position preferable gained in an international company in China.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with existing translation experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
Quality & Supply Chain Manager(1Position)
Job Description:
• Drive the permanent achievement of Quality and Supply Chain requirements for all procured materials in line with business objectives.
• Implement procurement Airbus Quality and Supply Chain strategy & policy, processes, projects, methods & tools.
• Secure overall supply chain reliability and manage risk - series delivery and ramp-up, sub-contract and raw material
• Secure qualification and industrialisation of new products in line with new product and supplier introduction.
• Engage in performance supplier issue solving. Manage the escalation to the Buyer and/or Procurement Director as appropriate where performance issues from suppliers persist
• Deliver optimised cost / timeline solutions for all custom related aspects.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4/5 years experience in a similar Quality & Supply Chain role, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Knowledge of to Quality & Supply-Chain management concepts and tools
• Evidence of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the supply base.

Buyer(1Position)
Job Description:
• Under the authority of the Procurement & Supply-Chain Director, responsible for delivery to time, cost and quality for all items procured within the Composite Manufacturing Center (Composite & Metallic Materials, Consumables, non flying material, …)
• Meet business cost objectives, through tendering, negotiation and contracting activity as appropriate
• Develop and Manage relationship with suppliers or local supplier representatives.
• Develop and manage relationship with key stakeholders across the organisation
• Coordinate with ordering/receiving manager, and Quality and Supply Chain Manager for supplier performance management.
• Apply Airbus central procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the business
Required Skills & Experience
• 4/5 years experience in a similar Procurement role, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Knowledge of strategic and commercial procurement
• Exposure to Quality & Supply-Chain management concepts and tools
• Evidence of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

IT Manager(1Position)
Job Description:
• Ensure availability / running of all MC Harbin IT/IS system.
• Provides services to MC end-users (Hardware, Software, support,Network,….).
• Manage local suppliers
• Responsible for IS security.
• Interface with Airbus IT/IS and IT/IS local suppliers.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge on Windows and Unix platform,Network, SAP
• 4/5 years working experience in a similar position.
• Language skills: English & Chinese fluent.

H.R. ADMINISTOR(1Position)
Job Description:
1. Supporting HR manager to prepare the overall HR plan and budget (ex., training, and recruiting);
2. Supporting HR manager to manage HR working processes including recruitment, job posting, and job promotion;
3. Assist HR manager to develop HR related projects (ex. annual Job Satisfaction Survey, salary survey, IDP, career plan, succession plan. etc);
4. Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity;
5. Assist HR manager to develop welfare project;
6. Develop and update HR policies and procedures;
7. Develop, communicate, and implement performance management including tools, methods, formats and results to ensue effectiveness, compliance and equity within company;
8. Manage employee disciplinary record concerning on warning.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. University degree in HRM or related field and at least 3 years management experience in a similar position;
2. Knowledge of local employment and HR laws and legal requirements;
3. Good organisational, communication,problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
4. Good knowledge of MS office;
5. Good English communication skills (oral and written)。
ACCOUNTANT(1Position)
Job Description:
1. Coordinate monthly end accounting closing;
2. Ensure that all accounting transactions are in compliance with PRCGAAP and USGAAP;
3. Prepare analytical reports about P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow to Financial and Administration Manager;
4. Review and recommend corrective actions to strength internal control and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger or Cost Accounting;
2. University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field – CPA would be a plus;
3. Good English level in speaking, listening, reading and writing;
4. Good knowledge about PRCGAAP - USGAAP would be a plus;
5. Experience in preparing reports and analysis to Financial Manager;
6. Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
7. Knowledge of SAP-FI and SAP-CO would be a plus. |
