[交流] 求助翻译一段摘要

流化床中温、高温操作过程中,如何解决粘附性颗粒因粘结聚团、结焦等造成的流化质量不高,甚至不流化的问题,对于提高流化床气固接触率及传热效率等具有重要的实用价值和科学意义。声场流态化技术作为一种强化气固接触改善流化质量的手段,越来越受到人们重视。但由于声场高温实验装置复杂以及流化床内测试困难,目前对于声场流态化的研究仅局限于冷态阶段,尚未掌握声场高温流化床的流化特性及传热性能,对此展开深入的理论和实验研究,能够为声场高温流化床诸多设计问题的解决提供有力依据,为声场高温流化床反应器的工业放大打下坚实的理论基础。本论文采用对压力脉动信号进行统计分析的方法,对FCC颗粒、石英砂颗粒、河沙颗粒和玻璃珠的声场高温流体力学特性以及传热性能进行了系统研究。

There is great practical value and scientific importance in improving fluidized bed gas-solid contact rate and transmission thermal efficiency by solution to solve the adhesive particles agglomerating and coking, etc, which leads to low quality streaming, or even no streaming under fluidized bed temperature or high-temperature operation. As one means to enhance gas-solid contact improving the quality of streaming, acoustic fluidization technology attracts more and more attention. However, due to complex sound field experimental device, as well as high-temperature fluidized bed testing difficulties, current study on sound field is limited to fluidization cold stage, and sound field high-temperature fluidization characteristics and heat transfer performance has not been mastered yet. Thus further theoretical and experimental research in this field is studied to propose a strong basis for high-temperature fluidized-bed design problems and lay a solid theoretical foundation for application to industrial scale with respect to sound field of high-temperature fluidized bed reactor. In this paper, the FCC particles, quartz sand particles, sand particles and glass beads of the sound field characteristics and high-temperature heat transfer fluid properties were systematically studied by statistical analysis method under pressure pulse signals.
