| All the binding experiments results and isotherms should be the average of triplicate experiments. The authors should mention the number of concentration measurements that has been made. Moreover, all the curve in Fig. 7, 8 and Fig.9 should include the standard deviation of the values reported. This comment is also valid for Figure 3. |
