| The 400 MHz 1H-NMR spectra of all sample batches were analyzed on an AMX-II 600 MHz spectrometer (Bruker Instruments, Inc.), 32 scans were collected into 64 K data points over a spectral width of 4789 Hz (12 ppm) with the transmitter offset at 5.00 ppm, yielding a digital resolution of 0.15 Hz per point. 1H-NMR high-temperature spectra at 353 K were measured at 300.13 MHz using a QMP probe. Thirty two scans were collected into 64 K data points over a spectral width of 6172.84 Hz (20.56 ppm). A flip angle of 30° was used. The acquisition time was 5.31 s, followed by a relaxation delay of 1 s. An exponential line broadening window function of 0.3 Hz was used in the data processing. 13C-NMR spectra were recorded at 25 °C using a Bruker Avance 600 NH3 spectrometer operating at 14 T and equipped with a 5 mm broad-band probe. For the quantitative 13C-NMR study the following experimental parameters were used: 90 pulse width (14 s, –3.0 dB), pulse delay of 38 s, spectral width of 21186.44 Hz (120 ppm), 64 K sampled points with 1.5 s to acquire them. |

因为很多专业名词学的是英文的，所以实在是不知道怎么翻译中文，就随便翻了 所有的400兆核磁的谱图样品在600兆的AMXII型又扫描了一遍。扫描次数，32次，在12ppm宽的谱带的数据点为64k，轴转变时间频率为5ppm，得到的数字分辨率为0.15赫兹每个数据点。高温的氢谱于353k采集，使用的磁场为300.13兆赫，用的是QMP探头。32次的扫描次数20.56ppm宽的谱带的数据点为64k.偏转角度为30度，采样时间为5.32s，弛豫时间为1s。0.3赫兹的幂指数函数用于窗口数据处理转换。碳13谱是运行于25度，机器为Avance 600 NH3 spectrometer，磁场强度为14T，5mm的宽带探头。定量的碳13谱运行参数为，90脉冲宽度，脉冲延迟38s，谱带宽21186.44，64k的点宽，1.5s的采样时间 [ Last edited by xiaoqihu on 2010-2-28 at 01:26 ] |
