【求助/交流】southern blot实验怎样做对照实验啊？

投稿返回大修意见，其中一条是 2) At least a subset of the data is below acceptable academic standards. Specifically, Figure 7 （我的southern blot图片）lacks a number of controls and additional data should be presented to provide molecular context to the results. 另外 4) Figures 2 to 7 have very limited information content and can easily be reproduced with broadly available bioinformatics programs. These data should be presented as on-line Supplementary Data to conserve printed journal space. Figures 2 to 7 分别是基因的全长图、蛋白同源比对图、蛋白二级结构图、蛋白的三级结构图、southern blot图。这个是文章的主体部分，如果放到on-line Supplementary 部分，文章就没有什么内容了。 请大家帮忙分析一下，另外请有经验的战友给点建议，利用RACE同源克隆获得的基因如何发表文章？谢谢 |
