IEEE T fuzzy systems的审稿结果 已有4人参与

投稿IEEE T fuzzy systems3个月，审稿结果如下，主编给了大修，AE也给乐肯定的意见，但是三个审稿人中，有2个的意见很不错，但有一个直接拒绝了文章，主要理由是应用太简单。有经验的帮忙分析下修改后有没有希望，这里多谢了 Based on the referee reports and the Associate Editor's recommendation, I am sorry to inform that you your paper cannot be accepted in its current form. The manuscript needs a major revision based on the comments of the referees and associate editor and a re-review before it can be further processed. Associate Editor Comments for Authors are given below: Associate Editor Comments to the Author: The idea is very interesting, but all the reviewers agree that the application is too simple. The referee comments are given below. If the referees have attached a review file, you will need to retrieve it from your 'Author Center' at the Transactions on Fuzzy Systems Manuscript Central website http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tfs-ieee . When you resubmit, be sure to follow the instructions for submitting a revised paper. Except in unusual cases, the size of the revised manuscript (excluding Authors Response) should be restricted to 35 pages (for full papers), 18 pages (for short papers) and 8 pages (for letters) typed double spaced in single column mode with 1 inch margin on all sides, 12 point font, including figures, appendices, etc.. In order to make a paper effective and the journal respected, proper English usage is critical. Manuscripts with improper English usage may be rejected. The new application is quite interesting and promising though several justifications should be included in order to clarify some decsions made in the paper. As well some sections should be shortened or splitted to improve the understanding of the objectives. Eventually I miss some other cites in the paper. First I think the introduction is to long and it should be shortened and focus in the current problem and the objectives chases by this paper. Most of content is related work if the authors consider relevant all this content they should include a related works section. Referee: 2 （直接拒稿） Comments to the Author See the attached. Referee: 3 Comments to the Author The paper has shown a good application. The topic is very interesting and contribute the application with some distinctive features, e.g. The paper was also well presented and organized. I suggest the paper can be accepted provided that the following comments can be addressed accordingly. |
