大家好,请教一下怎么回答这样的两个问题:

我做的是手性催化剂在水里的催化,酸做助催化,结果审稿人问了两个难回答的问题:
一: 增加脂肪族催化底物在表格中,因为我在表格中列出的底物都是带芳环的.
二:为什么催化剂的量减小会对映选择性提高.

请教各位怎么样作答为好?付原话如下:
