求助:如何回答编辑的这两个问题?

大家好,请教一下怎么回答这样的两个问题: 我做的是手性催化剂在水里的催化,酸做助催化,结果审稿人问了两个难回答的问题: 一: 增加脂肪族催化底物在表格中,因为我在表格中列出的底物都是带芳环的. 二:为什么催化剂的量减小会对映选择性提高. 请教各位怎么样作答为好?付原话如下: -------------------- Referee A Comment: -------------------- "The authors describe highly enantio- and diastereo selective Michael reaction of aldehyde to nitroalkene catalyzed by originally developed diethylprolinol silyl ether catalyst 6 that possessed long alkyl chain at C4 position, as surfactant-type organocatalyst with formic acid as co-catalyst. The reaction is carried out in the presence of water, therefore it can be avoided environmental problems and applicable to large scale synthesis in industrial field. I shall decide whether to accept the manuscript after major revisions. Comments: 2. Author should employ alkyl substituted nitro alkene such as 1-nitrohex-1-ene in Table 2.3. Ref. 10 should be inserted to “Reference and Note” in the text. (should not be supporting information). -------------------- Referee B Comment: -------------------- P1, right column, line 7-5: The author should give some comment on the result of increase in diastereoselctivity by lowering the catalyst loading. |
