文章大修，给了3个月期限，大概多久投修改稿合适？

23/10 2009 submitted 4/11 2009 with editor 20/11 2009 under review 1/2 2010 required reviewers completed 4/2 2010 decision in process 4/2 2010 major revision 修改意见中，一位审稿人意见比较大，第二位审稿人则评价还不错。 审稿人态度如下： Reviewer #1: By using a special binary function Beta, the paper defines a pair of approximation operators in the fuzzy environment. Some basic properties of the operators are examined, which are similar to those of the existing fuzzy approximation operators. For two different kinds of approximation operators, the paper introduces two roughness measures and discusses a property. The main difference of the definition of the proposed approximation operators from the original one is the Beta function. But, the authors do not explain why they use this function, and I wonder the advantage of the use of Beta operator. Since the idea, results and proofs are parallel to the literature, this simple extension is not worth being published if there is no a good explanation. ....................... ..............省略 Reviewer #2: The idea of submitted paper is very interesting.
