两审稿人意见相左，大修应该注意什么啊

最近投了一个SCI期刊，两审稿人意见很不相同，一正一反，最后编辑给了个大修的机会，让我反驳。问题是，这个据搞的审稿人从根本上否定了这篇论文的核心工作，也把我这篇论文批得一无是处，尽是毛病。关键这篇论文还是我去年发表的一篇SCI论文的后续工作,也引用了自己先前发表的SCI论文。这就意味着，这个拒稿的审稿人也将否定我先前发表的这篇论文的所有工作。面对这样苛刻的审稿人，我还真是第一回碰到，有点郁闷，不知道怎么反驳，请教大家有什么良方啊？ Reviewers have now commented on your paper, and their reviews are appended below. As you can see, the reviewers differ considerably in their evaluation of your manuscript. Reviewer 1 has serious problems with the technical approach you have taken, and offers many detailed comments on your approach. Reviewer 2 on the other hand, is more positive about your manuscript, but has some relatively minor comments as well. Given these diverging opinions, I have decided to give you the opportunity to submit a revised version of your manuscript. If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes or a rebuttal against each point that is being raised (revision notes) together with the revised manuscript. I will then send your manuscript together with the rebuttal letter back to the reviewers, and based on their comments I will decide whether your paper is acceptable or not.
