Dear editor:
The authors confirm that the manuscript has been submitted solely to ****（现在要投的期刊名） now, and it is not published, in press, or submitted elsewhere.
This manuscript was ever submitted to *****（以前期刊名）. Due to a strongly increased number of submissions of manuscripts/beyond the scope, the manuscript was rejected by the journal.
The authors are very grateful for your help and work.

Kind regards
Yours sincerely,
