如何回答以前投过别的期刊

之前投过JMCA，被拒， 现在改投另一个期刊，投稿系统中有一栏，问，是否以前投过别的期刊，并要解释理由。 额....介个要怎么回答呢？ 两个期刊分属两个出版社...可不可以说木有投过哇~ [ Last edited by 优花 on 2010-1-24 at 16:09 ] |
