求助翻译修改,奖励15金,我知道有点少,但是我就这些,麻烦各位大大了 1)终止注浆条件主要以单桩注入水泥量达到设计要求为主控因素。 2)如果一根桩中单管注浆量能达到设计要求,则第二根管可以不注。(我把1、2合在一起了) 3)如果第一根管达不到设计要求则打开第二根管注浆。但当第二根管注浆量仍不能达到设计要求,那么实行间歇注浆以达到设计注浆量为止;如果实行多次间歇注浆仍不能达到设计要求的单桩注浆量,那么当注浆压力连续达到8MPa且稳定3min以上,该桩终止注浆。同时对相邻桩适当加大注浆量。 4)如果桩顶冒浆,那么先停注一段时间以便让桩侧水泥浆凝固后再注。同时采用多次间歇注浆以达到设计注浆量。 (1) The main control principle of grouting is cement consumption. Perform grouting through one grouting pipe until reaching the designed cement consumption. (2) If can not reach the designed cement consumption, continue to grouting through the other grouting pipe. If still can not reach the designed cement consumption, perform intermittent grouting. If still can not reach the designed cement consumption after several intermittent grouting, stop grouting while the grouting pressure keep at the value higher than 8 MPa for 3 min. Increase the cement consumption for adjacent shafts. (3) If the grout overruns, stop grouting until the cement grout in the shaft side cured. Then perform intermittent grouting. The grouting will not be shut down until the grouted volume has reached the designed one. The second pipe will switched on if the designed pipe load will not be acchieved by single-pipe grouting. If the designed one is not filtted after the second pipe switched on, perform intermittent grouting. If it is still unable to be fitted after several intermittent grouting, stop grouting after the grouting pressure soar constantly at the value higher than 8 MPa for over3 min. And increase the grouting volume of adjacent shafts. (3) If the grout overruns, stop grouting until the cement grout fall back into the shaft. Then perform intermittent grouting. |
