初次做实验，也没人教，自己一个人弄，结果几次了，人家都说有点问题，但我又没搞清楚他到底要我杂子，我到底应该怎么做？望明理人帮我看看呢，他在第一次来信中提到：We are currently processing your GenBank record GU338701-GU338708 and have come across an issue that requires your attention. Upon doing a BLAST similarity search of your sequence GU338708, we noticed that there may be a reading frame shift in the translation of the nifH gene around nt1-25, relative to similar proteins. Please confirm the sequence and translation of your submission so that we can continue to process your record. Please send this information to: gb-admin@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov Appended for your reference is the GenBank flatfile with the information we have currently and the relevant BLAST results. 他在第二次来信中说到：However BLAST similarity search results suggest possible frameshifts in the beginning of sequence in GU338708. Please verify whether the nucleotide sequences and the corresponding features are correct. If the sequences are incorrect, please send us the corrected sequence.
