1 bulk contribution 晶块贡献 and grain boundary contribution 晶界贡献 这个常见与impedance spectroscopy 文章中, 一个陶瓷样品的grain and grain boundary 性能有时候很不一样的 CCTO 是个典型例子 他的grain/bulk capacitance 很小 grain boundary 很大 所以开始以为CCTO 的高电容是个新的铁电材料 后来才发现不过是grain boundary effect 也就是barrier layer effect 而已.. CCTO 高频下电容很小 低频下电容才大是因为高频下测试的电容取决与bulk contribution 低频下取决于grain boundary contribution 2 没有上下文 很难理解 而且这个单词组合不常见 |
