【求助】求ZnSe及ZnS的XRD卡片!

|
求ZnSe及ZnS的PDF卡片: 两个都要立方晶型的; 我测定时用的仪器:Radiation=CuKa1 Lambda=1.5405981,想和标准的做对照 还想问一下,同一种物质晶型也一样为什么有多个卡片编号?到底区别在哪啊?写文章要加这个索引,不知道用哪个。请大家多多指教! |
