问题：778cm-1和705cm-1是苯环的面外弯曲振动吸收峰，
3055cm-1是苯环的伸缩振动吸收峰，
1492 cm-1和1456cm-1是苯的骨架振动吸收峰

答案1：The out-of-plane bending vibration absorbation peak of benzene:778cm,705cm
The stretching vibration absorbation peak of benzene：3055cm
The skeletal vibration absorbation peak of benzene：1492cm,1456cm

答案2：1.  778cm-1 and 705cm-1 are the out-of-plane bending vibration absorbation peak  of benzene ring.
2.  3055cm-1is the companding vibration absorbation peak of benzene ring.
3.  1492 cm-1 and 1456cm-1 are the skeletal vibration absorbation peak of benzene ring.

做一下文抄公：
C–H stretching bands from aliphatic compounds occur in the range 3000–2850 cm-1. If the C–H bond is adjacent to a double bond or aromatic ring, the C–H stretching wavenumber increases and absorbs between 3100 and 3000 cm-1.
The only one of these single bonds of any value is C–O which is polar enough and different enough (Table 3.7) to show up as a strong absorption at about 1100 cm–1.
The region below 1500 cm–1 is where the single bond vibrations occur.
