2010国际功能制造技术学术会议

2010 International Conference on Functional Manufacturing Technologies（2010 ICFMT）

制造业是国民经济的物资基础和产业主体，是富民强国之本，随着制造业全球化的发展，中国制造企业特别是装备制造企业面临着严峻的考验。功能制造技术作为大力发展制造业特别是装备制造业的核心内容，越来越凸现出其重要地位。但是就目前国内外学术界的研究情况来看，还没有这方面的专题研究情况，为此在南京航空航天大学抗疲劳制造技术研究所的推动下筹备召开国际功能制造技术学术会议，目的是开展学术交流、提高学术和研究水平、把握国内外的最新技术动态和国际先进制造领域的最新动态，加强国际间的合作和协作，更好地推动国际间功能制造领域的技术交流，实现国际间的产学研交流与协作。第一届会议於2009年11月18-21日常州工学院召开，来自美国、澳大利亚、香港和台湾等国家和地区的各位代表齐聚一堂就国内外功能制造技术的发展及相关技术进行了深入的研讨，取得了较大的成效。为了开展学术交流、提高学术和研究水平、把握国内外的最新技术动态和国际先进制造领域的最新动态，更好地推动国际间工程技术及产学研交流与协作，大会常务委员会决定第二届功能制造技术国际会议定于2010年8月6-9日在哈尔滨举行，由黑龙江科技学院承办，以后会议将每两年举办一次。根据大会的安排，大会学术委员会向海内外征集第二届国际功能制造技术学术会议ICFMT 2010论文，请有关学者和研究人员踊跃投稿。

提交本次学术会议的论文必须尚未正式发表，请作者通过EMAIL 发送英文全文稿件到会议征文信箱 guohun@nuaa.edu.cn 或 ICFMT2010@gmail.com 【为了便于专家准确把握作者的意思，国内作者建议一并将中文全文投寄到秘书处】。本次会议录用的英文论文全文将全部在国际期刊Applied Mechanics and Materials(EI COMPENDEX 和ISTP 双收录), Advanced Materials Research (EI COMPENDEX 和ISTP 双收录)和 Key Engineering Materials(EI COMPENDEX 和ISTP 双收录)上发表，论文全文可通过www.scientific.net在线获得，会议还将挑选部分特别优秀的论文经扩展后推荐到英国机械工程学会会刊Journal of Engineering Manufacturing (SCI收录) 期刊上发表。

Manufacturing engineering & technology is a varied and challenging field that is becoming increasingly important with the advent of new production methods. Meanwhile, our modern society has entered the era of knowledge and economy. The creation, production and dissemination of knowledge have an increasing impact on the advancement of the society. Your conference definitely establishes a great model and plays a role in collecting, building and fostering new knowledge in the field of Manufacturing Engineering and Technology.

In order to better promote international academic communication and cooperation, to offer an international forum for researchers and practitioners in the field to exchange ideas and present original research work on the theory and applications of Functional Manufacturing Technologies. The first international conference (ICFMT 2009, the papers of this conference has been fully Publicated by KEM)was successfully held in November, 2009, Heilongjiang Institution of Science and Technology will hold “2010 International Conference on Functional Manufacturing Technologies” on August, 2010 in Harbin, the proceedings and papers of this conference will be published by some international Journals and indexed by the Engineering Index (EI).

The conference will be organized by Anti-fatigue Manufacturing Technology Institute of NUAA, co-organized by NCUT, Changzhou Insitute of Technology, Changzhou Univerisity and Tianjin University and so on,

All accepted papers of the conference will be a publication in Applied Mechanics and Materials, Advanced Materials Research and Key Engineering Materials published by Trans. Tech. Publications Ltd, Switzerland (indexed by EI and ISTP). Some selected high-quality papers will be published in the special issues of several SCI/SCI-E indexed main-stream international journals, Papers must be submitted in English under the specified format. The Organizing committee, prior to acceptance, will review manuscripts.
