关于4th International Conference on New Diamond and Nano Carbons (NDNC2010)

想请问一下 http://ndnc2010.0431cn.com/abstr.html Publication Proceedings will be published in the Special Issue of Diamond and Related Materials (DRM) after regular reviewing process. Please follow the Manuscript Submission Instruction for the manuscript preparation. One-page PRIME NOVELTY STATEMENT page including the Abstract Number (e.g., ndnc10-168 provided by NDNC-2010 office) is required to be accepted for publication.
