论文被拒了，打算再投，各种疑问。

论文被拒了，编辑部给回了信，内容如下，主要是格式方面的事，考虑到这个编辑还说欢迎再投，打算修改一下文章再投，你们说值不值？如果重新投的话，还用不用给编辑回信？不会再被拒吧。各位大侠支招。回信如下： Your manuscript has been screened for possible publication in Materials Chemistry and Physics.
