论文被拒了，打算再投，各种疑问。

论文被拒了，编辑部给回了信，内容如下，主要是格式方面的事，考虑到这个编辑还说欢迎再投，打算修改一下文章再投，你们说值不值？如果重新投的话，还用不用给编辑回信？不会再被拒吧。各位大侠支招。回信如下： Your manuscript has been screened for possible publication in Materials Chemistry and Physics. There are many instances of badly constructed sentences. E.g."Different surface morphology of TiO2 nanotube arrays connected with nanowires were prepared by electrochemical anodization of Ti foils in the fluoride-containing ethylene glycol electrolytes with various water content", "Recently, owing to the special nano-tubular structures and its enormous potential applications in areas such as the gas sensor, catalysts, biological materials and solar cells, titanium dioxide nanotubes has aroused of great interest", "It has been found that apart from Al, a series of valve metals such as Ti, Zr, Hf, and W all can get self-assembly and porous nano-structured oxide in electrolyte containing fluoride virtually", "The pure Ti foils used for anodization (purity 99.5%, 250um thick, Alfa-Aesar) were polished and ultrasonic cleaned in acetone, anhydrous ethanol and deionized water for 15min >respectively, and then dried with high-purity nitrogen", "The oxide films were dispersed on a carbon-coated copper grid for transmission electron microscopy", "As show in Figure (1-c,1-d), with the gradually increase of water content, the roughness of the surface decrease gradually with more TiO2 nanotubes emrge on the surface; when the water content up to 20wt.%, there is no debris or nano-wires on the surface (Figure (1-e))", "In the Ethylene glycol containing NH4F and H2O (hereafter, referred to as EG+H2O solution), because the high viscosity of EG+H2O solution, the migration rate of H+ ions and TiF62- ions is inhibited" and "However,whether the addition of the length or reduction of the diameter".
