[交流] 求助修改一段英语语法错误

Large size single crystals of spinel Zn2TiO4 with 4-6mm in diameter and 30mm in length have been grown by the optical floating zone method for the first time. The results of X-ray diffraction and room temperature Raman spectrum show that the grown Zn2TiO4 crystal have a spinel-type structure without any impurity. The orientation of the Zn2TiO4 crystal was measured by the Bruker AXS D8 Discover X-ray diffractometer with GADDS (XRD2). Only one peak at 42.5° that can be indexed to the (400) direction was observed in the XRD2 pattern of the Zn2TiO4 wafer cut perpendicular to the growth direction. All results indicate that grown along the a-axis direction and high-quality Zn2TiO4 single crystal was successful grown by the optical floating zone method.

The results of X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrum showed that the prepared Zn2TiO4 crystal had a spinel-type structure without any impurity.  Only one peak at 42.5° was observed in the XRD2 pattern. It could be indexed to the (400) direction of the Zn2TiO4 which was perpendicular to the growing direction. All results indicated that high-quality Zn2TiO4 single crystal growing along the a-axis direction was successful prepared by the optical floating zone method.
中间这句The orientation of the Zn2TiO4 crystal was measured by the Bruker AXS D8 Discover X-ray diffractometer with GADDS (XRD2). 完全可以不要,楼主看这样该可以不?

The results of X-ray diffraction (这一句改成,The X-ray diffraction pattern)and room temperature(改成RT-recorded) Raman spectrum show that the grown (改成as-grown)Zn2TiO4 crystal(改成crystals) have a spinel-type structure without any impurity. The orientation of the Zn2TiO4 crystal was measured(取向用detected或者probed比较好一点) by the Bruker AXS D8 Discover X-ray diffractometer with GADDS (XRD2). Only one peak at 42.5° that can be (that can be去掉)indexed to the (400) direction was observed in the XRD2 pattern of the Zn2TiO4 wafer cut perpendicular to the growth direction. All results indicate that grown along the a-axis direction and high-quality Zn2TiO4 single crystal was successful grown by the optical floating zone method.(这一句改成All the results indicate that the high-quality Zn2TiO4 single crystal grown along the a-axis direction was successfully achieved using the optical floating zone method)
