| Mesoporous thick coatings have been prepared on commercially pure titanium substrate by microarc oxidation method in Al(OH)3 colloidal solution. By changing the pulse voltage amplitude, the effects of the voltage on the microstructure, phase composition and electrochromic properties of the coatings were investigated. The results show that the size of micropores existing on the coating surface gradually increase with increasing the voltage, meanwhile its pore density reduced. These thick porous coatings were completely consisted of rutile phase TiO2, and they are show good reversibility between blue coloration and bleaching cycles in pH 2.0 HCl solution. |
