This composition (Fig.a)showed large remnant polarization
and a steep slope of the P–E curve near the observed coercive
field, as commonly observed in ‘‘soft’’ piezoelectric
materials. In the case of BF–0.33BT composition (Fig.b), a shallow
P–E loop with suppressed remnant polarization is observed,
which are the features observed in ‘‘hard’’ piezoelectrics.

这看不明白这个(Fig.a)showed large remnant polarization
and a steep slope of the P–E curve near the observed coercive
field, as commonly observed in ‘‘soft’’ piezoelectric,而Fig.b就是a shallow
P–E loop with suppressed remnant polarization成硬压电体?请教下啊,我看Fig.a的Ec大于Fig.b的Ec啊?应该Fig.a是硬压电体,Fig.b是软压电体啊

Fig (a) 的P-E loop 很肥很大  EC 当然很大了 很容易看的出来啊 (fig (a)的 EC 差不多为fig (b)的两倍). 这种soft PZT 通常Strain 是个butterfly-like 蝴蝶样子

Fig (b)的P-E loop 明显很窄了  Corecive field 要小很多 这种通常是hard PZT 他们的strain底部有点圆 和 soft-pzt的 buttefly loops 有明显的区别..
