高人看看这个意见如何回答？（相信很少有人碰到的情况）

我这是提交修改稿后返回的意见，下面分别是主编和AE的意见，高人给个建议看看如何答复好啊，第一次遇到这种情况。 Editor in Chief comments ======================== I highlight the comments below regarding citing papers that are inappropriate or that do not support the arguments made by the authors. Even if the a reviewer may make suggestions, including them can lead the other reviewers and editors to question your scientific judgment. This has happened in your manuscript -- making it imperative that you look over what you have added and critically decide which should be in the manuscript. A note to the AE explaining why certain citations are omitted may be appropriate. Associate Editor comments ======================== In addition, the Reviewer’s major concern is that some of the additional references included in the author’s response to the Reviewer’s questions are either not relevant to the manuscript topic or are included in the author’s response but not in the revised manuscript.
