Interdisciplinary Subjects and Complemented Strengths: This research is a interdisciplinary subject studying on pharmacology and pharmaceutical chemistry, where based on the sufficient studies on the structure of the metal protease and its surrounding environment, research of new compounds designing is been done by taking the advantage of of bio-informatics and bio-computing technologies through the optimized and selective synthesis including the molecular dynamics simulation with computer, virtual selection, directed synthesis, selecting by in-vivo or in-vitro activities and quantitative structure-activity relationship respectively. This is completely a new kind of compound with novel structure and mechanism. If successfully developed, it will become not only the first new entity drug for treatment and prevention of chronic liver disease with independent intellectual property rights, but also a good example for the following new brother drugs coming out from the development in the future by providing the biological information resources. |
