帮忙翻译一段话。加急,万分感谢!!不要在线翻译的啊。 目的:本实验采用三维有限元方法建立平台转换种植系统的模型,分析平台转换种植系统应用于前牙时,种植体植入不同深度的应力分布情况。方法:联合利用Solidwork2007机械设计软件和Ansys Workbench 有限元分析软件分析平台转换种植形式和传统的平齐对接形式的种植体分别植入于平牙槽嵴水平(bonelevel)、牙槽嵴下1mm水平(minus1)、牙槽嵴下2mm水平(minus2)的应力分布情况。结果:平台转换组中牙槽嵴顶骨质的应力值随种植体植入深度加深而有效降低,应力值均比平齐对接组小,而平齐对接组没有随种植体深入种植发生明显变化。垂直加载下,各个模型中平台转换基台的应力分布基本相似,与种植水平无明显的相关性,而平齐对接基台的应力分布随着种植水平的下降有明显的变化,呈逐渐上移的趋势;各个种植水平中两组种植体的应力分布情况基本相似,与种植水平无明显的相关性;在平台转换组中,皮质骨的应力分布随种植水平的下移而下移,而平齐对接组中皮质骨的应力始终集中于牙槽嵴顶与基台相接处,不随种植体植入水平改变而改变,且其应力分布比平台转换组集中;两组模型中松质骨的应力分布没有明显的变化。水平加载下各模型的应力分布规律与垂直组相似,不同的是基台、种植体的最大应力值主要集中在它们相应部位的颊侧。皮质骨中,颊侧的应力明显较垂直加载组集中。结论:平台转换种植系统种植体植于牙槽嵴顶下水平可以改善牙槽嵴顶应力分布情况,比传统的平齐对接有明显的优势,水平方向的分力将增加牙槽嵴顶骨组织受力应尽量避免。 |

Results: the deeper imlpant is planted,the more alveolar creat's bony stress in the group of platform conversion form is effectively reduced,but the alveolar creat's bony stress in the group of the abreast and abutting form stress have no changes as implant being palnted deeper.under vertical loading the stress distribution in the every model's based-station of platform conversion is basically similar, having no significant correlation with the planting level, while the stress distribution in the abreast and abutting base station have a significant change:gradually trending up,with the decrease in the planting level; the stress distribution of two groups of implant in every planting level basically similar, having no obivious correlation with the planting level;In the group of platform conversion, the stress distribution of cortical bone shifts down as the planting level move down,while in the abreast and abutting group the stress distribution of cortical bone always focused on the joint between alveolar ridge top and based-station, having on change with the planting level changing, which is more concentrated than that in the group of paltform conversion;the stess distribution of cancellous bone in two groups of models of the has no obvious changes. the distribution law of stress under the horizontal loading is smiliar with that under the vertical,the difference between them is that based-station and the biggest stress value of implant mainly concentrated in their corresponding buccal parts.in Cortical bone, buccal stress is obviously more concentrated than that in the vertical loading group. |
