[交流] 急求一段翻译修改,我已经写出来了,但是太中式了

各位大虾。小弟已经写出来了,但是老师说太中式了,但是我不知道怎么改了,请各位大虾指点。。谢谢了   
Reductive amination method usually requires a certain reacting tempreture to be carried out. Therefore, three reaction groups were set up here to explore a better temperature condition, the temperature is 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 70 ℃, respectively. Other reaction conditions remain unchanged. The results were showed in Fig. 3. 3A and 3B showed that at 50 ℃ and 60 ℃, the lactose ion peak 365[M+Na]+ and non-reductive amination product ion peak 440[M+Na]+ coexistence; And at 70 ℃, Fig. 3C, lactose ion peak 365[M+Na]+ and non-reducive amination product ion peak 440[M+Na]+ have disappeared. Experiments showed that 70 ℃ is the best temperature for glycans being labeled with aniline.

简单修改了一下,Reductive amination method usually requires a certain reacting(应为reaction) tempreture to be carried out. Therefore, three reaction groups were set up(通常用divided) here to explore(figure out 较好) a better(换成an optimal) temperature condition(可以去掉), the temperature is 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 70 ℃, respectively. Other reaction conditions remain unchanged. The results were showed(shown) in Fig. 3. 3A and 3B showed that at 50 ℃ and 60 ℃, the lactose ion peak 365[M+Na]+ and non-reductive amination product ion peak 440[M+Na]+ coexistence(应该用动词coexisted); And at 70 ℃, Fig. 3C, lactose ion peak 365[M+Na]+ and non-reducive amination product ion peak 440[M+Na]+ have disappeared(应该去掉Have). Experiments showed that 70 ℃ is the best(换成optimal) temperature for glycans being(去掉)labeled with aniline.
