Based on the 303 potato-breeds for test materials ,the vigor of potato's root system and changeis of potato leaf's senescence characteristics have researched under three different covering ways as follows a)no-tillage and covered by straw(8cm);(b)no-tillage and covered by straw (8cm) and mulching film; (c)traditional farming. Results show that compared with (c),(a) and (b) not only significantly make the content of MAD(malondialdehyde) in potato leaf decrease but also improve its root system's vigor, chlorophyll's content in potato leaf and activity of enzymes for protecting leaf. Meanwhile,compared with being under (b),the vigor of the root system ,content of chlorophyll and the activity of enzymes for protecting leaf under (a) are all higher except for MDA's content. Therefore, the way of cultivation under (a) can be used in production, which is good for delay the potato plants's ageing and dieing so as to lengthen the maturation period,laying a favorable farming foundation for formation of potato's production and quality.![]() ![]() |
