| 以马铃薯东农303品种为试验材料,在大田条件下研究了免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)、免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)后盖黑色地膜和传统耕作3种不同覆盖方式下马铃薯的根系活力和叶片衰老特性变化。结果表明,与传统耕作相比,免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)和免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)后盖黑色地膜不仅使马铃薯叶片丙二醛含量显著下降,还提高了其根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和叶片保护酶活性。同时,免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)与免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)后盖黑色地膜相比,前者的马铃薯根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和叶片保护酶活性均高于后者,而MDA含量低于后者。因此,生产上可采用免耕稻草覆盖(8cm)的栽培方式,有利于延缓马铃薯植株衰老死亡,延长成熟期,从而为马铃薯产量、品质的形成奠定良好的田间基础。 |

Based on the 303 potato-breeds for test materials ,the vigor of potato's root system and changeis of potato leaf's senescence characteristics have researched under three different covering ways as follows a)no-tillage and covered by straw(8cm);(b)no-tillage and covered by straw (8cm) and mulching film; (c)traditional farming. Results show that compared with (c),(a) and (b) not only significantly make the content of MAD(malondialdehyde) in potato leaf decrease but also improve its root system's vigor, chlorophyll's content in potato leaf and activity of enzymes for protecting leaf. Meanwhile,compared with being under (b),the vigor of the root system ,content of chlorophyll and the activity of enzymes for protecting leaf under (a) are all higher except for MDA's content. Therefore, the way of cultivation under (a) can be used in production, which is good for delay the potato plants's ageing and dieing so as to lengthen the maturation period,laying a favorable farming foundation for formation of potato's production and quality.![]() ![]() |
