我做毒性检测实验，需要得到IC50值，一直迷迷糊糊的，别人告诉我的公式，我觉得有问题，大家觉得该怎么设计实验？怎么计算IC50值的？ 下面这样设计对吗?看不懂 The limiting current of UMEA showed stable and amplified sig- nal for less than 10 s.
