根据我们的构想,首先用A作为模板合成分子印迹聚合物来识别B标记的A,发现其识别能力很强,但对各种物质的识别选择性较差。有趣的是,用C作为模板合成的MIP对B标记的A的识别选择性不但大于其它氨基酸的识别能力,而且还远大于B标记的D的识别能力。 我们还试验用B标记的A作为模板合成MIP,用于识别B标记的A,其识别选择性更差,这是由于以A为模板分子合成出来的MIP空腔比较小, 避免了非特异性吸附, 使它在识别B标记的A时特异性有所增强, 又由于识别后发荧光的B部分被置于MIP空腔以外, 更容易与TCPO-H2O2-咪唑产生化学发光, 因而响应速度和灵敏度也有所增强. 这一新方法设计扩大了分析应用范围, 降低了分析成本. |
