Oxygen chemisorption on samples outgassed for 1 h at 773 K was performed by introduction of a dose of 70 umol of O2 per gram of sample at 77 K followed
by 15 min outgassing at 77 K, warming to room temperature
(RT) and finally outgassing at RT. Irradiation treatments at
77 K were carried out by placing the cell in a quartz dewar
flask filled with liquid N2  and employing four UV fluores-
cent lamps (Sylvania, F6WBLB-T5, maximum at 365 nm)
to irradiate the sample. In all these cases, the spectra were
taken at 77 K.

I think the first thing to do is to remove oxygen because oxygen is paramagnetic. To be honest, the theories behind the EPR is a little bit complicated.

对于在773K的温度下去气化达一个小时的样品进行氧气化学吸附的过程:
首先在77K的温度下按照每克样品70umol氧气的剂量引入氧气,接着在同一温度下去气化15min,之后加热至室温,最后在室温下去气化。辐射处理:将细胞放入石英材质的、装满液态氮的杜瓦罐中,用四台紫外荧光灯(Sylvania, F6WBLB-T5, maximum at 365 nm)对细胞进行照射。在所有这些情况下,光谱照射都是在77K下进行的。
