警告：不同牌号的润滑剂不能混合使用。表中指定的润滑周期和加入润滑剂量可作为一般参考，可根据具体使用情况修改和完善。 主轴承润滑：主轴承润滑应根据工艺情况不断完善，加油过多或过少都将导致轴承温升过大； 行星齿轮差速器：新机器运转一周后，必须全部更换差速器内润滑油，加入中国长城150润滑油或英国sheLL150润滑油（两者不可混用）到10点钟平面（约差速器内腔的80%～85%），差速器加油过量或过少都将使差速器工作时温升增高；正常生产运转下，差速器每两个月要检查润滑油状况，有变质或变色应更换油液。每半年至少应更换一次润滑油，建议每次更换期的记录应保存起来。 根据实际经验,差速器损坏的主要原因是缺油和油的粘度不符合规定。在这种情况下差速器在几个小时甚至几分钟就可能损坏,因缺油和油粘度不对造成的损坏,表现为行星轮内孔以及与其配合的芯轴表面出现圆周方向的划痕。如不及时检修,芯轴与行星架间的盲销就会被剪断, 行星架端面将会出现严重划伤。因缺油或油号不对造成的这种损坏制造厂家是不负责保修的。 为了避免上述情况的发生,用户绝不可使用规定牌号以外的润滑油。每次停车必须检查差速器是否漏油,最简单的方法是检查差速器保护罩内壁有无油迹。正常情况下每月必须检查一次油位并加注润滑油,每三个月必须清洗换油.清洗时必须经两端油塞放油注油之后,注油塞必须旋紧。 在差速器运行的最初几个星期中，应经常检查润滑油液位，根据实际经验来指导油位的检查周期。 注意：离心机运行后且润滑油温热时，差速器的润滑油排放最容易。 危险：给差速器加润滑油量不能过多，否则就导致操作温度过高，而使差速器出故障。 敬告：离心机为精密高速旋转机器，任何情况下，均不得用明火或焊接方式修补零部件或加热零部件。 分段：1-2；3-4；5-7翻译 谢谢哦 |
