| In this paper, post-processing of the Wittig reaction has been improved by using 3-phenyl-product characteristics of paraoxonase easy to crystallize, first used the method to remove most of recrystallization product of 3-phenyl-paraoxon after, and then column chromatography purified products . We found that the method is not only relatively small amount of silica gel and solvent, but also a good effect, with certain environmental and economic significance. |
