英文不好怎么办

Dear Dr.×××: Thank you for the submission of your work to Optics Express. Regrettably, the quality of the English expression of your manuscript is not sufficient to warrant sending it to referees. English is an idiomatic language and it can be difficult to write and interpret. However, clear and unambiguous writing is essential for communication in science. I acknowledge that content of the manuscript is interesting; however my concern is that reviewers will be distracted by the quality of the English and consequently they may underestimate its technical content. I recommend that you get it read and corrected by someone with a good command of the English language, preferably a native English speaker. I strongly encourage you to resubmit the paper after revising its English because, as I already mentioned above, the work seems to be sound.
