几个晶体错误，大家帮忙出出主意哈，谢谢！！！

我的CIF 检查时部分晶体错误如下： 1、 The _exptl_absorpt_correction_type has been given as none. However values have been given for Tmin and Tmax. Remove these if an absorption correction has not been applied. From the CIF: _exptl_absorpt_correction_T_min 0.972 From the CIF: _exptl_absorpt_correction_T_max 0.986 2、 Large U3/U1 Ratio for Average U(i,j) Tensor .... 2.42 3、 Long C(sp2)-C(sp2) Bond C1 - C2 ... 1.53 Ang. 4、 No _symmetry_space_group_name_Hall Given ....... ? 5、 PLAT128_ALERT_4_G Non-standard setting of Space-group P21/c .... P21/n 1 是说你填写了“none” 意味着没有做吸收校正。 而你还给出了Tmin 和Tmax 又显然是做了校正的。 2 U3/U1 Ratio for Average U(i,j) Tensor .... 2.42 是U3：U1 不合适，需要进一步处理。 不知道是某一个原子还是全部的原子，你给出的信息不全。 3 CCbondlength 太长 dfix C* C8 .... 4 填上。 5 未必需要改。 如果会的话可以转化晶胞。 |
