一搞两投 已有1人参与

以前投了一个巴西杂志，虽然有投稿系统，但试投一次就查不到以后状态，索性就重投一家，估计手稿被送到同一个审稿人手中，现在说我是一搞两投，大家说我怎么办？ Thank you for the revised version of this manuscript. Unfortunately we were informed that there might be a problem of duplicate submission: one of our referees has notified us that he has been asked to review the same paper for another journal. During the submission process you confirmed that the manuscript had not been submitted to any other journals for consideration. Therefore the SMW editorial board asks you for an explanation in writing if the same paper is submitted to another journal or if there has been a misunderstanding. |
