【求助】IC50的计算

求助： 我的药物抑制率分别为：85.7%，65.2%，53.8%，30.2%，26.2% 浓度分别为：20μg/mL，10μg/mL，5μg/mL，2.5μg/mL，1.25μg/mL 请问IC50值怎么算？有公式吗？谢谢！ |

计算IC50公式为Y=Bottom + (Top-Bottom)/(1+10^((LogEC50-X)*HillSlope)) X is the logarithm of concentration. Y is the response Y starts at Bottom and goes to Top with a sigmoid shape. 或者用下面的公式但不能求Hill Coefficient Y=Bottom + (Top-Bottom)/(1+10^((LogEC50-X))) X is the logarithm of concentration. Y is the response Y starts at Bottom and goes to Top with a sigmoid shape. |
