氧瓶燃烧离子色谱测定片剂中的氨氯地平 摘要 目的：氧瓶燃烧离子色谱测定氨氯地平中的硫，然后根据化学式得到氨氯地平的含量。方法：用氧气瓶然后将氨氯地平中的硫氧化成硫的氧化物，用含有过氧化氢的水溶液吸收成硫酸根，离子色谱测定。结果：回收率为98%-102%之间， 线性范围为0.02 -60ug/ml，检测下限为0.00324ug/ml。结论：与其他方法相比，具有简单，快速，准确，可靠。 关键词：氧瓶燃烧，离子色谱，氨氯地平，硫 |
